You will be the Program Integrator, Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility for the Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility Improvements and Derivatives (I&D) operation, responsible for driving integrated program execution across cutting‑edge aerospace initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain program baselines, tracking cost, schedule, and earned‑value performance. Lead risk and opportunity management to safeguard project milestones and outcomes. Support Program Managers and multi‑functional teams in day‑to‑day execution and annual planning. Manage continuous‑improvement projects, employee engagements, executive communications, and customer events. Produce situation reports and ensure compliance with internal deliverables and governance processes.
