Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with outside sales and marketing, understands the healthcare referral process, and knows how to turn relationships into results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physician offices, assisted living communities, home health agencies, senior centers, and other healthcare and community referral sources.

• Conduct regular outside marketing visits throughout Carbon and Monroe Counties .

• Identify and develop new referral sources and opportunities for census growth.

• Promote skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services throughout the community.

• Maintain consistent contact and follow-up with existing and prospective referral partners.

• Plan and participate in educational lunches, networking events, community events, and other promotional activities.

• Conduct sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals and community partners.

• Collaborate with Admissions and facility leadership to identify census needs and targeted marketing opportunities.

• Track marketing activity, referrals, referral trends, and outcomes.

• Assist with tours and follow-up with prospective residents, families, and referral sources as appropriate.

• Meet established marketing, referral, and census-development goals.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and healthcare resources throughout the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare marketing, admissions, liaison, or business development experience preferred .

• Knowledge of Carbon County, Monroe County, and the surrounding healthcare market strongly preferred.

• Previous outside sales or relationship-development experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, organize and manage a territory, and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Creative, outgoing, professional, and results-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment.

• Comfortable developing new relationships and making in-person sales calls.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required due to regular travel throughout the territory.

Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

• Monday through Friday

• Day shift

• 8-hour shift

• Regular local travel throughout Carbon and Monroe Counties

• Occasional community or networking events outside normal business hours may be required

Education & Experience

Education

• Associate degree preferred; relevant healthcare marketing or sales experience will also be considered.

Experience Preferred

• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care: 1+ year

• Healthcare Marketing or Business Development: 1+ year

• Outside Sales: 1+ year

• Admissions or Healthcare Liaison experience is a plus
