As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, leading integrated marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, and in-store channels. Develop creative marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive store traffic. Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize marketing initiatives through data-driven decisions. Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Produce and oversee high-quality visual content, including short-form videos, photography, and digital assets. Lead seasonal product launches, promotional campaigns, and new market initiatives from concept through execution. Collaborate with agencies, influencers, media partners, and IP collaborations to maximize brand exposure. Manage marketing budgets, project timelines, and campaign schedules to ensure efficient execution. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and franchise locations. Work closely with design, operations, product development, and leadership teams to execute successful campaigns. Identify emerging marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies that enhance brand competitiveness. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or franchise businesses. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and integrated campaign planning. Experience in content creation, video production, and creative storytelling. Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other marketing analytics tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin is a plus). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with chain brands or franchise systems. Proven success in leading integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact. Experience managing influencer marketing, partnerships, and PR initiatives. A portfolio showcasing strong branding, campaign execution, and creative thinking.
