Wellness (Sales) Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Wellness (Sales) Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Employment comes with a free Premier Membership as well as the opportunity to earn commission through membership sales.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell memberships and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Laundry and flipping rooms between clients
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

Preferably have sales, customer service, or other related experiences (work or in school for related services)
Familiarity with POS system a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong client relations skills, ability to speak and educate them about our services
Team player and detail-oriented
