We are seeking a Wellness (Sales) Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Employment comes with a free Premier Membership as well as the opportunity to earn commission through membership sales.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell memberships and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Laundry and flipping rooms between clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
- Preferably have sales, customer service, or other related experiences (work or in school for related services)
- Familiarity with POS system a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong client relations skills, ability to speak and educate them about our services
- Team player and detail-oriented
