Assistant Store Manager

As a Store Associate or Manager at Tommy Bahama, you will represent our brand, promote seasonal trends, provide world‑class service, and inspire your team to exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager to create a relaxed destination, motivating, supporting, and communicating with the team. Build strong sales and service relationships with guests, role‑model key sales and service behaviors. Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving the sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes. Create a learning environment to coach and develop Retail Team Members, promoting sales and internal career growth. Promote merchandising and retail visual concepts, adjusting presentations as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of retail experience. 2+ years of management supervision experience. Experience in merchandising and retail visual concepts. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities for merchandising adjustments. College degree in Business or related field. Willingness to perform other duties as required. Physical Requirements Lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently. Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling. Occasional ladder climbing. Remain standing up to 8 hours per shift. Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
