Engineering Intern

Whitestone Associates, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned Geotechnical and Environmental consulting firm with offices throughout the eastern United States. This is a summer internship running from May/June through August, with flexible hours based on our project needs. Key Responsibilities: Soil laboratory testing and coordination; Assisting with materials testing in our on-site laboratory; Geotechnical site research; Some field construction phase testing and inspection; Assisting with soil boring and/or test pit investigations; Assisting with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; Phase II Site Investigation/Remedial Investigations; and Assisting with due diligence reports and regulatory agency submittals. Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; and Ideally candidates will have taken and passed a Soils Laboratory class. Higher compensation than the amount listed below may be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications. Hourly Pay Range

$20 - $22 USD
