Strategic Leave Administration & Benefits Analyst

SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP

A leading aerospace company in Hawthorne, CA is searching for a Benefits Analyst focusing on Leave Administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and provide support for employees during the leave process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, ensuring legal compliance, and recommending process improvements.
