Job Summary Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Project Manager in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting SOUTHCOM. Responsibilities Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Personnel must be proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination. Strong analytical and leadership skills are required to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. Education and Experience A bachelor's degree in project management, Information Systems, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects. Must have an active PMP Required Skills Personnel must have demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies. Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting. Desired Skills: Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
