What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the connection between our customers and our service team, ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and memorable.

Your Mission:

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression.
• Listen to customer concerns and guide them toward the best repair solutions.
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and assist with vehicle assessments.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate clearly throughout the service process.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and repair timelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores in accordance with Stellantis standards.
• Build lasting relationships that keep customers returning for years to come.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience.
• At least 1 year in a Stellantis dealership using WI Advisor.
• Proven success in automotive service sales and customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

• 10-Hour Shifts
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional Weekend Availability

Must be able to commute to or relocate to the New Hudson, MI area before starting employment.
