Job Overview A law firm seeks a Workers Compensation Attorney in Gainesville, FL. The ideal candidate will manage client cases, ensuring thorough investigation and communication throughout the process. Duties Open new files and maintain regular client contact. Investigate cases, gather and analyze relevant documents. Verify insurance coverage and maintain communication with insurance companies. Manage client medical care and schedule appointments. Monitor case status and review medical records. Organize and maintain case files for demand writers. Requirements Active Florida Bar License. 2+ years of Workers Compensation experience. Trial experience is a plus. Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team. Ability to interact with clients during their time of need. Determination to achieve the best results for clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor degree. Certifications Florida Bar License. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
