Dispatcher And Operations Leader Opportunity

This role is the starting point to become a Dispatcher and operations leader inside our company.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
Create a great first impression for every customer
Support technicians in the field with scheduling and communication
Learn how to manage daily routes and job flow

Dispatching and technician routing
How to manage a daily service schedule
How to improve efficiency and revenue
How a growing service business operates

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills (you're confident on the phone)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using technology (we will train you)
Positive attitude and coachable

What Success Looks Like

Booking calls efficiently
Keeping the schedule organized and flowing
Supporting technicians so they can perform at a high level
Delivering a great customer experience

Pay & Growth

$20–$24/hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available
Promotion to Dispatcher within 6–12 months for top performers
