Killingly Dental Care is a fast-growing, Complete Health Dentistry practice in Northeast Connecticut. We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Front Desk teammate who thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume schedule, optimizing the daily route to keep the practice running efficiently
• Handle patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and treatment planning.
• Own patient communication — appointment confirmations, treatment plan follow-up, recall
• Process payments across in-network, out-of-network, and fee-for-service patients
• Collaborate closely with our clinical team and financial coordinator to deliver a seamless patient experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of dental front desk experience (required)
• Dentrix experience required — you should be comfortable in the system from day one
• Strong communication and multitasking skills — we move fast and see a high volume of new patients
• A team player who's excited to grow with a practice that's investing heavily in technology and patient care
• Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven front office (we track performance and celebrate wins)
