Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and case management in areas such as general liability, construction defect, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, drafting and formatting pleadings and motions, managing case files and deadlines, and coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. The role involves conducting legal research, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and assisting with deposition and hearing preparation. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Ability to perform Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing case materials Calendaring deadlines according to the Civil Rules. Experience with Document Review, including analyzing records, discovery responses, and case-related materials Proficiency in Legal Research using online databases and other resources to support case strategy Skill in preparing and filing Pleadings and Motions in accordance with court rules and procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple deadlines Proficiency with legal practice management software and standard office applications Paralegal certificate or relevant paralegal coursework; prior litigation experience is strongly preferred Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff and to maintain client confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
