A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner. Key Responsibilities Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition of property titles Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while performing all other duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices to achieve results Understanding of team integration and impact on objectives Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
