Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A retail/outpatient pharmacy near Bridgeport, West Virginia, is seeking a full-time pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team in a community-focused setting just one hour from the pharmacy location.

Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions for accuracy and safety, counseling patients on their medications, supporting daily retail and outpatient pharmacy operations, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

Active pharmacist license in West Virginia in good standing
Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy preferred
Strong communication abilities and patient-care focus
Commitment to long-term employment
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
