Management Analyst

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FACILITY & INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, analyzing, and implementing plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process improvement initiatives in support of the Facility & Plant Maintenance Division; Analyzing current and future-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and lead efforts to improve throughput, effectiveness, and reliability; Developing training materials, mentoring personnel, and providing guidance on processes, procedures, and improvement initiatives to support workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.
