Production Assembler - $23-$24/hr + $125 Attendance Bonus (03055)

Adecco is working with a leading manufacturer in Fitchburg, MA! We are seeking experienced Electronic Assemblers on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Location: Fitchburg, MA

Pay Range: $18.25 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.

• Use microscopes, measuring tools, and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards.

• Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly processes to ensure accurate builds.

• Perform soldering, wiring, and use hand and pneumatic tools (tweezers, cutters, torque drivers, and similar).

• Maintain accurate production data and documentation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation in accordance with company and industry standards.

• Collaborate with team members and across departments to support continuous improvements.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with minimum 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.

• Soldering experience required. IPC certification preferred.

• Proficient with microscopes, test equipment (multimeters, and similar), and soldering techniques.

• Basic knowledge of electronic assembly concepts and procedures.

• Must possess sufficient English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to understand written procedures, verbal instructions, and safety information and work under supervision.

• Strong teamwork skills.
