Position Overview As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the go‑to‑market strategy for the AI‑native APA platform and Agentic AI solutions for IT. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to launch high‑impact initiatives, enable a global sales force, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities Shape the go‑to‑market strategy for Automation Anywhere’s AI‑native APA platform and Agentic AI solutions for IT (AI for ITSM, AIOps, and Service Desk). Define clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that simplifies complex technology for practitioners and executives. Translate technical capabilities and insights into cohesive narratives that resonate with both practitioners and executive audiences. Remain ahead of the competitive landscape by continuously analyzing market, customer, and competitor signals. Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to bring launches, campaigns, and initiatives to life. Develop high‑impact content, including sales narratives, presentations, demos, customer stories, and digital assets that drive buyer action. Enable sales teams with tools, messaging, and proof points—creating playbooks, sales assets, and battlecards to help a global sales force outperform the competition. Lead high‑impact product launches that reinforce our position as a category leader. Collaborate with Demand Generation to build programmatic campaigns that drive measurable conversion and revenue. Review campaign and pipeline performance to optimize GTM strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of product marketing experience in a high‑growth environment. Deep understanding of IT Service Desk, ITSM, and AIOps market is a plus. Proven ability to translate underlying technology into a simple, emotional, and urgent business story. Track record of owning end‑to‑end GTM initiatives that activate all aspects of the business. A high‑ownership, high‑energy mindset with a results‑oriented approach. Strong presence and credibility when engaging cross‑functional leaders and executive audiences. Proven ability to lead through influence and partner seamlessly across teams. Deep curiosity about customers, competitors, and market trends, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategy. Ability to move quickly, iterate, and take accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 per year (based on education, experience, and market data). The position is also eligible for discretionary bonus, equity, and a full range of medical and other benefits.
