Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. The therapist will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patient condition through comprehensive assessments and document findings accurately.

  Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based techniques and assistive equipment.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation exercises.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current, active license as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in outpatient or clinical therapy settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and pediatric therapy techniques.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient rapport-building skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
  
• 
  CPR and basic life support certifications required.
