What You Will Do:

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, overseeing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and business leaders to develop business cases, project plans, and strategic recommendations
• Prepare executive-level communications, status reports, presentations, and governance updates
• Drive project governance, risk management, compliance, and change management processes
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful program delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation
• Support leadership with performance tracking, issue resolution, and decision-making frameworks

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 5+ years of project, program, PMO, transformation, or business operations experience
• Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, financial analysis, business cases, and ROI evaluation
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with project governance, risk management, and organizational change management
