Project Manager / Estimator

We reward our employees for their exceptional performance, hard work, and loyalty.Responsibilities Include:Estimating:Attend any pre-bid or customer meetingsAnalyze all plans, specs, and addendaQuantify site work items utilizing on-screen estimating softwareGather material, hauling, and subcontractor pricingRespond to incoming customer requests as well as sell to new customers.Prepare accurate estimates and proposalsProject Manager:Visit job site before mobilizing crews to verify subgrade, stone, and curb.Facilitate scheduling of jobs including labor needs, equipment requirements, external trucking, materials, and subcontractors with RDU Paving Operations Manager and Foreman.Communicate and coordinate scheduling with our Customer's Project Manager & Superintendent.
