Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate to join our Jacksonville, FL team. You will ensure onboarding and compliance documents are up to date and validated with the Compliance department, supporting smooth candidate processing. You will handle background checks, drug testing, and medical screenings for contractors, maintain the candidate tracker, and deliver outstanding front-office service while supporting day-to-day office operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
