AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’re passionate about brand standards and keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You master the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized and the Stockroom runs efficiently and productively. You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a game plan and take action to improve. You step in to assist team members with non‑stock tasks or guest service, promoting teamwork. You maintain safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO’s policies and procedures.

YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love AE and Aerie products! You are organized with strong attention to detail, priority‑setting and time management. You have flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends. You have previous experience in a stock‑related role.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
