MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university. Master-level licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) or Master-level social worker (LMSW) with LCSW-C obtained within three years of employment. Experience in working with families of young children and adolescents. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and emotional control; maintain organization and punctuality. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS & PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS The Environmental Factors and Physical/Mental demands represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Required prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and other office equipment. Ability to sufficiently move throughout the building and grounds.
