Digital Marketing Specialist

Clear Winds Technologies has spent 25 years building trust as an IT provider, and our marketing team is the engine behind that reputation. We're looking for a digital marketing specialist who can own our brand's presence everywhere prospects and customers look for answers — on social media, in search engines, in AI-generated answers, and on our website. The Role This role exists to answer one question well: when someone is looking for an IT partner, will they find Clear Winds — and will they trust what they find? That question plays out across four connected channels: Social Media, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and our Website. Rather than treating these as separate to-do lists, you'll run them as one coordinated strategy, since a prospect's path to us might start with a social post, a Google search, an AI-generated answer, or a landing page — often all four. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting into the marketing department, with real ownership over strategy and execution, not just task completion. What You'll Own Every channel you run exists for the same underlying reason: making sure the right person finds Clear Winds, trusts what they find, and can quickly see why we're the right partner. Whether that person is scrolling social media, typing into Google, or asking an AI assistant a question, the work below is really one job — shaping how Clear Winds shows up and what it says once it's found. Own the social media calendar across our accounts and post weekly. Our goal is to blend authentic culture content with thought leadership that builds trust and grows engagement Drive organic growth through keyword research, technical SEO health, and pillar content that compounds traffic and rankings over time rather than chasing short-term spikes Position Clear Winds to be cited by AI answer engines by structuring content in schema-backed Q&A formats and tracking our share of voice against competitors Shape and maintain the website — page architecture, design, and SEO/AEO alignment — so it clearly guides prospects through their buying journey Monitor performance across all four channels (engagement, rankings, AI citations, visibility score) and let the data — not guesswork — drive what happens next Execute day-to-day production using our existing toolset: WordPress, Figma, Canva, SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and HubSpot What Success Looks Like None of this work is judged on effort alone — it's judged on whether Clear Winds becomes easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to choose. In practice, that looks like: Continuing our increase in organic traffic and keyword rankings Developing AEO content Maintaining the website with a strong SEO visibility score What You Bring 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands‑on work in at least two of: social media management, SEO, website content/management, or emerging AEO/AI-search practices Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush or similar), Google Search Console, and GA4 Comfort with WordPress for website updates, plus design tools like Canva and/or Figma Experience with a CRM/marketing platform (HubSpot preferred) for tracking performance and attribution Strong writing skills — you can write for humans, search engines, and AI answer engines without sounding robotic A self‑starter mentality: comfortable owning metrics, spotting what isn't working, and adjusting strategy without waiting to be told Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but equivalent hands‑on experience will be strongly considered Experience in Google Ads is a plus Why Clear Winds Technologies Clear Winds has spent 25 years earning trust as a dependable IT partner, and we bring that same reliability to how we treat our team.
