Job Duties: Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents through phone, email, walk-up support, and the self-service portal Install and maintain computers, software, monitors, docking stations, headsets, and peripherals Support printers, conference-room technology, digital signage, and televisions Assist with Windows updates, patches, hotfixes, and image-deployment testing Escalate incidents and monitor service requests through resolution Communicate planned outages and unplanned incident notifications Create and maintain technical procedures and knowledge-base articles Support manufacturing technologies, including Digital Plant, IMM, PI, MES, and LIMS Track IT assets and assist with technology procurement Coordinate power, HVAC, fiber, and copper-cabling maintenance requests Support network monitoring, change management, incident response, and cybersecurity efforts Requirements: Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support Knowledge of Windows systems, computer hardware, software, and peripherals Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing systems Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-service skills Ability to support IT and operational technology integrations Willingness to travel as needed Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
