Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Huntersville, NC is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and manage the back-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for food production, ordering, and staff scheduling while maintaining quality standards and a clean kitchen environment.
