Luxury Remodeling Project Manager

Luxury Construction Project Manager Scheduled Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, Business Hours Reports To: Production Manager of Remodeling Salary: Based on experience Responsibilities Own the Schedule: Create, manage, and update daily, weekly, and monthly timelines to keep luxury projects on track and within budget. Client Experience First: Serve as the point of contact during and after the project, building trust and delivering white-glove communication. Quality Control: Coordinate and supervise job sites, Trade Partners, and in-house staff to ensure work exceeds expectations and meets CROSS standards. Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate seamless communication between clients, designers, architects, and Trade Partners using our online project management system. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records, approve invoices, and ensure all project decisions and warranties are properly tracked and executed. Post-Project Stewardship: Stay connected after completion as the warranty specialist, ensuring continued satisfaction and fast resolutions. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the high-end residential construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, architects, and trade partners. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain project documentation and schedules. Ability to ensure work quality and conformance with contractual agreements.
