This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced general dentist looking for strong earning potential, mentorship, clinical growth, and a supportive long-term practice environment. Our current full-time associate produces approximately $250,000–$300,000 annually , providing a strong opportunity for a motivated dentist to build a productive schedule. Dr. Bacsa genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing dentists . You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your general dentistry skills and, if interested, grow into additional procedures and surgical dentistry. Our practice uses Dentrix and participates with Delta Dental and Carrington Platinum plans while maintaining a patient-focused approach rather than being heavily insurance-driven. What We're Looking For 2–3 years of general dentistry experience preferred Excellent communication skills is a must Patient-focused and compassionate Professional and team-oriented Committed to quality patient care Open to mentorship and continued clinical growth Additional specialty or surgical experience is a plus Strong leadership skills No specific procedure is required.
