Job Description
Title: RN - Urology

Requirements:
- Licensure: Oregon RN license must be in hand upon start (submissions may be accepted with OR license pending, but license must be obtained before the first day).
- Required certifications: BLS.
- Minimum: 1 year RN experience.
- Urology experience preferred; candidate should demonstrate strong catheter skills and competency on a urology skills checklist.
- References: 2 required (covering 1 year within the last 3 years) prior to start.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in an outpatient urology clinic setting.
- Conduct assessments, triage, and administer medications.
- Perform catheterizations and manage catheter-related care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 24 hours.
- Background checks and standard compliance documentation required prior to start.
- Travelers should disclose scheduling requests up-front during submittal.
