Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together? About the Role PrizePicks’ Creative Collective is looking to add a Lead 3D Designer to our roster. The Creative Collective is a small, high-conviction team built around one standard: commit fully or not at all. We move fast, debate hard, and once a call is made, we stand behind it together. You'll lead our 3D discipline from start to finish, working alongside our Art Directors & Product teams to design a 3D language that adds to the fan experience in our product and throughout our marketing. You are an elite 3D craftsperson first. You build characters, environments, and objects that add to the PrizePicks experience/brand, and you know when to hand-build and when to let AI tools do the heavy lifting so you can move faster without losing the idea. You're also the person who now decides how 3D work gets briefed, reviewed, and shipped across the organization.
