About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, managing medication, and promoting independence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with managing medication and administering prescribed medications
• Promote independence and dignity by encouraging residents to perform tasks safely and independently
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Part-time or Full-Time schedule available
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring attitude with a focus on resident-centered care
