Process Safety Engineer

Seeking a skilled Process Safety Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage process safety management programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain process safety management (PSM) programs to ensure regulatory compliance Lead PHA, LOPA, and risk assessment activities, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up Collaborate with teams to design safety systems and conduct safety evaluations of processes and equipment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of process safety management principles and regulatory requirements Experience with process hazard analysis (PHA), HAZOP, and other risk assessment techniques Understanding of EPA RMP Rules and managing RMP programs is a plus
