Absence and Disability Specialist

Job Title: HR Coordinator / Absence and Disability Specialist
Job Location : Bethpage, NY: 3 days onsite & 2 days remote
Job Duration : 14+ Months (Extension Possibility)
Pay rate: $42.60/hr. on w2
Job Description:
- Day to day absence management functions.
- Interaction with our vendors, United Review, Client and Client.
- Corresponding with employees and managers on status of leaves, time coding questions, etc.
- Computer savvy, able to navigate excel and assist with improving current processes
- Assist with consolidating information from existing records into new file feed format
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
- Must have strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Must be organized, high-energy and have a strong attention to detail
