The Job

The Enrollment Reconciliation Specialist - SCAN Temp reviews claims for irregularities, accuracy and completeness.

You Will

• Request additional information, when necessary, for completion of claim processing.
• Review claims for eligibility.
• Maintain updated records and prepare required reports.
• Assist in claims cost control.
• Contact individuals about claims and may provide counsel regarding the amount of benefits.
• We seek Rebels who are curious about AI and its power to transform how we operate and serve our members.
• Actively support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree or equivalent experience or Technical Degree preferred.
• 0-3 years of related experience
• Advanced skills required in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Access
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
• Communication - Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
