Experience: Minimum 2 years ER experience, 1 year travel experience, EPIC experience

Pay & Benefits

Pay package: $52.61/hour (discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for patients in the ER and ICU units, including flexibility to float between units as needed
• Manage a variety of patient conditions such as sickle cell crises, fevers, abdominal pain, uncontrolled pain, anemia, nausea, vomiting, and dehydration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, effective treatment
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and patient management
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Contribute to a supportive environment on a unit with strong staff relationships
• Develop a wide range of nursing skills in a smaller, community-focused setting

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• 2+ years of ER experience
• 1+ year of travel nursing experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly
• Passion for patient-centered care in high-pressure environments

About the Assignment This assignment is at a specialized unit within a leading facility in Columbus that services hematology, oncology, and sickle cell patients. The ICC unit handles both urgent and non-urgent cases, providing a less acute but highly consultative environment. Nurses will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and staff while developing various clinical skills.
