Technical Sourcer

Our Client is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer (Contract) to support high-priority hiring across engineering and technical functions during a period of rapid scale. This role sits at the frontline of talent signal identification, owning the evaluation and qualification of inbound candidates (referrals, applicants, and passive interest) across technical domains including software engineering, infrastructure, and AI/ML. Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in: Technical sourcing, recruiting, or candidate evaluation Supporting hiring for engineering, data, or infrastructure roles Demonstrated ability to: Evaluate technical profiles beyond keywords (GitHub, systems, scale, impact) Operate in high-volume, high-bar environments Maintain speed without compromising quality Strong understanding of: Technical org structures and hiring patterns Inbound-heavy pipelines (referrals, applicants) ATS systems Excellent written communication and documentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Swoon
