The Opportunity

Lobby Bar Server Assistant (On-Call)

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar, who has 1 2 years of Food & Beverage experience. The Lobby Bar is the perfect place to meet for drinks, imaginative appetizers and sweet specialties from our pastry chef.

Responsibilities

• Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience
• Clear and reset tables according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line
• Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description
• Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef

Minimum Qualifications:

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening availability is preferred
• Strong food knowledge
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
