Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager (QCM)
Required Skills & Experience: Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification Strong ASME code knowledge and application experience Prior power plant experience (required) Previous experience as a QCM or leading project quality programs Experience developing and executing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Extensive inspection background, including: Welding inspections Structural inspections Concrete and soils inspections Ability to perform and oversee all inspection activities independently Experience serving as the liaison between contractors, clients, and project teams Experience managing quality personnel and driving corrective actions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Oil & Gas project experience Heavy civil or large industrial construction experience Previous experience with EPC contractors
Job Description: Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead project quality efforts Develop, implement, and enforce quality plans and ITPs Ensure compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and client requirements Perform and oversee welding, concrete, soils, and related quality inspections Manage documentation, corrective actions, audits, and quality reporting Act as a primary point of contact between Kiewit, contractors, and the client Support project turnover and commissioning activities
