Maintenance Technician

Kraft Werks is a privately owned company located in Medina, Ohio in need of an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking professional who will be able to meet challenges and surpass customer expectations. A successful candidate will have ample opportunity for growth within role. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations Perform routine maintenance tasks Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Utilize ohmmeters, logic controllers, and other diagnostic tools to assess problems Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Familiarity with logic controllers and diagnostic tools a plus Experience with day to day operations in a fabrication/welding/machining/manufacturing environment Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years experience with plant and equipment maintenance required Valid driver license and ability to operate company vehicles 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls preferred 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment preferred We bring together both technical know-how and in-house manufacturing capability of large-scale parts.
