Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Grand Prairie, TX Compensation & Benefits Base salary $84,500 – $120,000 annually plus performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. Monthly performance bonuses, sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship bonuses, and certification bonuses. 401(k) with company matching. Health benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options. Responsibilities Develop clinically sound treatment plans. Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high‑quality care. Collaborate with families on goal setting, progress tracking, and celebrating growth. Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment. Career Growth & Development Clear advancement path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → etc. Continuing education: 10+ CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training, and paid days for CEU events. Required Qualifications Board certification as a BCBA is required. Experience supervising clients and RBTs is preferred. Proof of renewed certification must be provided at hire.
