Mobile Banker: Travel-Ready, Customer-First Solutions

Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geographic area Cover banker and teller absences and temporarily fill open positions as needed Adapt to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs while maintaining service quality and bank standards Build customer relationships through proactive conversations and outreach Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs Connect customers with relevant banking products, services, digital tools, and solutions Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and make referrals to meet customer and business goals Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications Perform cash handling and teller line activities and accurately process transactions Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities to support branch operations Requirements 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer-facing role is desired Experience building trust-based customer relationships is desired Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels is desired Comfort with digital tools and technology and ability to quickly learn new systems is desired Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions is desired Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and partners is desired Demonstrated ability to follow policies and regulations and elevate risk concerns is desired Ability to travel 100% of the time within assigned geography Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after start date Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements Must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background Must pass applicable credit review and ongoing screening This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate banking solutions.
