We are looking for passionate and client-focused Construction Inspector. Specific tasks may include Field inspection of historical renovations and systemic upgrades in occupied facilities Providing guidance on constructability and phasing of the work Scheduling, coordinating, performing specialized field inspections Inspecting work at the site(s) for contract and code compliance Utilizing PMIS tools (i.e., e-Builder) for daily reports and progress photo documentation Recommending approvals or rejections of materials and workmanship as appropriate Monitoring labor and safety requirements Completing written inspection reports, records of defects; and omissions; and similar activities. Here's what you'll need Associates in construction related field, trade school, or equivalent certification. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
