Executive Assistant

Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our President. If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at managing communications, calendars, and confidential tasksthis role is for you.

What Youll Do:

Manage executive communications and scheduling
Coordinate travel and itineraries
Draft correspondence and handle confidential information
Support workflow improvements and special projects

What You Bring:

2+ years of executive assistant experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A Hungry, Humble, Loyal mindset
