Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Position / Specialty: OR RN Shift: Will work 3x12s, Nights, (630p-7a) On Call: NO CALL Weekend REQ: up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks. Holidays: Traveler will be required to work at least one of the holiday periods. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift Hospital Highlights The Main Operating Room is within a level-one, academic trauma center. There are 21- OR suites which cover all surgical specialties, to include; Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics. The nursing teams consists of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologist. RN s are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures. The Main OR is a busy and dynamic nurse driven, Magnet designated department, that provides cutting-edge technology to the citizens of SC. Type of Facility: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 820 Scrub Color: Provided Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage.
