As a team partner in the branch warehouse, you will be responsible for supporting the timely flow of incoming and outgoing clean and soiled garments and products. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We believe our diversity makes us who we are, and we strive every day to build a culture where everyone feels welcome.What You'll Be DoingUnload clean products from transport shuttlesStage clean garments by route and day to ensure accurate deliveryRemove soiled and clean return products from route trucksSort soiled products by class and materialLoad soiled products onto transport shuttle for return to plantLoad garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveriesMonitor facility service inventory levels and notify management of shortagesPerform light janitorial duties including sweeping, emptying trash, picking up litter, and cleaning the warehouseFollow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelinesPerform other duties as described by area supervisor or managementQualificationsWhat we're looking for: High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred. Must be at least 16 years of age or older. Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery. Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management. Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance.
