Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs of clients struggling with substance use disorders and related mental health issues.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, client-centered care.
• Facilitating regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve care strategies and outcomes.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health, and actively integrating this knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work predominantly with adults and adolescents in a detox program, addressing mental health challenges that often accompany substance use disorders. This role will require sensitivity and adaptability, as you provide support to clients who are navigating a critical stage in their recovery journey. Your work will directly impact their ability to achieve sobriety and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and familiarity with evidence-based practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in substance use treatment or detox environments.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
