Were growing in Wisconsin! Based out of our DeForest branch, our next Outside Sales Representative will cover the Milwaukee and Madison Markets, with additional coverage in parts of the Green Bay area, helping us strengthen partnerships and fuel growth in the commercial and industrial markets. Youll work with mechanical and plumbing contractors, plants, universities, and moreall while living out Porter Pipes commitment to ridiculously good service.

What Youll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, plants, universities, and other customers in your territory.

• Grow assigned accounts while identifying and onboarding new business.

• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturer reps to uncover fresh opportunities.

• Recommend solutions that drive profitability for your customers.

• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.

• Represent Porter Pipe at industry events and associations.

• Keep CRM records updated and provide sales forecasts and reports.

• Engage in social engineeringplanned relationship-building activities with customers and vendor partnersat least twice weekly (such as lunches, site visits, or events).

• Manage a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings, weekends, or overnight travel.

What Were Looking For

• 45 years of outside sales experience (PVF background strongly preferred).

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A natural relationship-builder who puts customers first.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.

• Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the Green Bay & Fox Valley region.
