Job Description
As an Operations Manager , you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business processes. You will oversee daily operations, manage resources, and coordinate between teams to achieve organizational goals. Your ability to analyze and optimize workflows is key to driving productivity and enhancing service delivery.
Compensation:
$55,000 – $65,000 yearly base salary
Responsibilities:
Refine workflows, procedures, and internal processes
Keep daily operations organized, efficient, and on track
Coordinate team meetings, onboarding, training, and communication
Oversee marketing, digital projects, and team initiatives
Support client events, community programs, and special projects
Qualifications:
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
A practical thinker who spots gaps and improves how things work
Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable taking the lead
An excellent communicator who works well with people
Real estate experience highly preferred
