Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Al/ML or Generative Al solutions.
• 5+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Al frameworks.
• 5+ years of strong Python development skills and experience building production-quality applications.
• Experience consuming APs and integrating applications with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building Al agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions.
• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise search capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms, or similar systems.
• Understanding of responsible Al, security, privacy, and compliance considerations.

• Develop, test, and maintain Al-enabled applications, workflows, and services.
• Build and enhance Al agents, copilots, and automation solutions using approved enterprise Al platforms and fran
• Integrate Al capabilities with enterprise applications and data sources through APls and service integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to implement business requirements.
• Support proof-of-concept, pilot, and production Al initiatives.
• Participate in model evaluation, prompt optimization, and solution testing activities,
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Al applications and integrations.
• Contribute to reusable components, templates, and engineering best practices.
• Support production deployments and ongoing operational activities.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures.
